Jim Robinson
President / Commercial Pilot / A&P, IA / CFI/CFII
Jim holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Purdue University, ‘81 in Aeronautical Engineering. At Purdue Jim specialized in aircraft structures and aircraft guidance and control. Jim started flying in 1975 at age 15 on a grass airstrip in Lanesville Indiana.Jim is a commercial fixed wing and ATP rotorcraft pilot with more than 16,000 hours. Jim has owned and operated his own businesses since age 8 where he started a lawn chair repair business for aluminum/nylon lawn chairs. Jim started JR Aviation in 1992 as a Robinson Helicopter dealer and service center, as well as a flight school. He acquired St. Louis Helicopter Airways in 2002, changing the name to St. Louis Helicopter, LLC. Starting Bullseye as a DBA in 2013, then going on to start the company Ag Max, LLC in 2014 as an agricultural helicopter applicator.
Kim Brooks
Vice President

Kim Brooks is from Southern Indiana. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University’s School of Business.Kim started her career with J.R. Aviation in 2002 as the Office Manager and has since worked her way up to Vice President of J.R. Aviation, St. Louis Helicopter and Ag Max. Kim enjoys working in the aviation industry and now learning about agriculture through the recent addition of Ag Max. Kim and her husband reside in Georgetown Indiana with their daughter and dog and are expecting a son in May 2017. Kim and her family enjoy boating and fishing and spending time with family and friends.
Michael Murphy
Executive Sales Manager

Michael holds a degree in Marketing with a minor in Human Resource Management from Maryville University in St. Louis Missouri.Michael has been with St. Louis Helicopter (Bullseye’s parent company) for more than 35 years and is an excellent sales manager. Michael’s father was the founder of the company in 1971 in St. Louis. Michael enjoys restoring, owning, and driving his classic cars of the 80’s era. His hobbies also include Hovercraft building and racing. Michael resides in St. Louis with his wife Barbara and son Sean.
Gina Shaffer
Business Development Manager (Ag-Max, LLC)
Gina is a Purdue University graduate who majored in Soil and Crop Management. Gina grew up on a farm and enjoys all aspects of agriculture.Her love for the industry led to her getting a Bachelor’s Degree in the field. She lives in Elizabeth, IN where her husband Sheldon and her, along with their daughter and twins on the way operate a family farm of their own. Gina is an excellent resource for crop management and enjoys assisting clients in making the move to helicopter application.
Cody Parkovich
Commercial Pilot / A&P Mechanic / CFI/CFII
Cody specialized in Aviation Studies at Lake Superior College. Cody is from Marinette Wisconsin and now resides in Sellersburg Indiana. He has been in aviation for 11 years and a pilot for 6 years. Cody proudly served our country in the United States Marine Corps where he was an F-18 mechanic. He feels that seeing the country from the prospective of the sky has been a joyous byproduct of being in aviation. Cody is a great asset for flying LiDAR missions, maintenance flights, aerial crop spraying, and many other flight missions. He is also a valued employee in the aircraft maintenance sector of our business.
Keith Windsor
Commercial Pilot / A&P Mechanic / CFI/CFII
Keith is a native of western Maryland. He is an OIF veteran who served multiple tours in the United States Marine Corps where he overhauled turbine engines, and served as a Crewchief Weapons and Tactics Instructor on the MV-22 Osprey. Keith attended flight school At Southern Utah University in Cedar City, Utah, where he earned his commercial helicopter pilot and certified flight instructor certificates. During his tenure as a flight instructor at SUU, he served as both a check-instructor and a mountain flying instructor. Keith is also a certified Airframe and Powerplant mechanic with over 20 years’ experience maintaining aircraft.
Fernando Fernandez
Director of Maintenance
Fernando hales from Puerto Rico where he graduated from Jose Gautier Benitez High School before joining the US Army to become a Helicopter Mechanic. He has also trained at the US Air Force Aircraft Structural Maintenance School. After the military, Fernando served for 3 years in Afghanistan as a Crew Chief. Overall he has been in Aviation for 16 years.
Reed Yaden
Rated in both helicopters and airplanes Reed is also one of the certified flight instructors on staff at JR Aviation. As do all pilots at JR Aviation Reed flies missions ranging from photography to any and all kind of inspections. His thousands of hours flying helicopters are one of the reasons JR Aviation is able to deliver on a commitment to safety and customer service that is shared by the entire staff. Reed is also a respected meteorologist with WHAS TV 11.
Sean Robinson
Ground/Air Crew / A&P Student
Sean is currently studying Aviation Maintenance at Jefferson Community and Technical College in Louisville Kentucky. He has previously studied Business at Ball State University. Sean has been involved in aviation his whole life due to his father, James Robinson, owning an aviation business.
Gizmo Gonzales

Gizmo is a graduate from the Maine-Coon Feline Academy specializing in heavy consumption of bagged goods. Gizmo is a 11-year resident of Southern Indiana. Gizmo loves sunny days and attention. He resides in the building and offers stress relief for the entire staff. Gizmo is a rescue animal and is very much loved by the team.
